Change invites you to access your creativity, give voice to your inner knowing, and make new current meaning of your life. This call to creativity may bring a new awareness to open unseen paths ahead of you.

Change may also invite your creative expression through movement, images, sound, words, or ritual.
Creativity is a natural human capacity to respond to change with full resources. You need no special skills or experience to give outer form to your inner life and be inspired on your journey.

I offer Be the Change Counseling at my San Francisco office. I also offer phone sessions through Skype for those living beyond the Bay. Sessions combine focused relaxation, counseling, energy re-patterning, and creative practices tailored to your needs.
