BE THE CHANGE COUNSELING

As you navigate life changes, you are not alone. I am honored to be your professional ally, here to provide you with safe space and gentle guidance to follow your own intuition and move wisely along your path.

In our work together, I help you find the creative opportunities that change always brings. Change invites you to access your creativity, give voice to your inner knowing, and make new current meaning of your life. This call to creativity may bring a new awareness to open unseen paths ahead of you.

Change may also invite your creative expression through movement, images, sound, words, or ritual.
Creativity is a natural human capacity to respond to change with full resources. You need no special skills or experience to give outer form to your inner life and be inspired on your journey.

With my support in Be the Change Counseling, you will:

- Ground yourself in your body wisdom and inner truth

- Face the unknown with open curiosity and courage

- Honor your losses and release what no longer serves you

- Open to new possibilities and best outcomes for your life

- Make clear, authentic intentions and manifest them

- Gain confidence in your own creativity and resilience

- Reconnect to the divine within and all around you

I offer Be the Change Counseling at my San Francisco office. I also offer phone sessions through Skype for those living beyond the Bay.  Sessions combine focused relaxation, counseling, and creative practices tailored to your needs.

"My new attitude towards money, success, and happiness is really freeing
me up to take risks (although they don't feel risky) and otherwise be
happier and less worried than I have been in the past. "
– BS, sales manager, building contractor
