HANDS-ON HEALING

Moving through change requires a lot of energy. Without consistent self-care throughout your transition, you may feel burned out, scattered, fragile, or frustrated. You may clearly see your next steps ahead, but not have the strength to go forward.

Self-care means taking time to replenish your body, mind, and spirit, so that you can continue with ease on your journey through change. Committing precious time and energy to renewal is rewarded tenfold. I am happy to support your self-care with Reiki and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

Reiki is Universal Energy transmitted from Source through my hands to you. Upon contact, your system knows exactly how much and where this renewal is needed in your physical, emotional, mental, and energy bodies. As you relax, this Universal Energy clears out what’s no longer needed and lets your life force flow. Reiki sessions may include soothing music and custom guided imagery to support your transition.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy seeks and supports your inherent health. Your vitality dwells beneath any physical injuries, exhaustion, overwhelming emotions, or traumas you may be experiencing. With gentle holds, I invite dynamic stillness and space for your system to reorganize itself towards health. Your vitality discharges layers of accumulated stress to give you more resilience in facing change.

Both of these gentle hands-on healing approaches let you settle into a deep restorative state as your natural healing process takes over. You’ll renew your energy with your own inner source of wisdom and well-being.
